OFSY Inventory enables effective management of finished goods, work-in-process and raw material. Real- time data provision helps track inventory levels by item, location, product family and historical usaged historical usage
- Material received: Records Materials received, the source, the recipient, date , time , location etc. Material return note is issued when a defective material is received or excess material is returned.
- Material issued: Records Materials issued, the source the recipient, date , time , location etc.
- Products received: Track In-process stock and final product stock that's ready for delivery. Raises alerts to the finance & SFA
- Product issued: Keeps track of products issued, the issuer, the recipient of the dispatch section, reason or mapping to purchase and date, time and raises alerts to the Finance & SFA. Also raises invoices, kept ready for verification during dispatch and billing.
- Branch Inventory: Supports multiple branches and allows branches to be grouped by user defined regions for further analysis and action.
- Dealer based inventory management: Facilitates tracking of company specific inventory at dealer level to optimise on sales and which helps attain just in time inventory.
- Just In Time inventory (JIT): Support for branch level inventory, dealer based inventory management and various other analytical reports that help you manage just- in -time techniques for inventory control.
- Location management/bin addressing: Integrates with process planning module, helps locate a product or material.
- Storage conditions: Recording of storage conditions of materials or products on the various parameters defined in the materials master. If updates are not done on this at specified intervals an alert is raised to the concerned user.
- Job lot storage/ spares storage: Records tools, raw materials and in process stock.
- Final quantity and quality inspection: Final quantitative and qualitative parameters for recording and tracking. Tracking of defective or inferior quality items and recycling it into the relevant process position
